Welcome to CoBuild. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

1. The service

CoBuild is a shared workspace for teams to co-build with AI: documents, kanban boards, code, a canvas, and a shared AI chat thread. Members of a workspace can view and edit everything in it, including AI-generated content.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the accounts registered to your team, for keeping passwords secure, and for activity that happens under your account. Invite links grant access to a workspace to anyone who has the link — share them carefully.

3. Content

You retain ownership of the content you put into your workspace. You grant CoBuild permission to store, process and display that content so the service can function (including sending it to an AI provider when you use AI features).

4. Acceptable use

Don't use CoBuild for unlawful activity, to publish harmful content, to attempt to breach the service, or to abuse the AI capabilities. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. AI output

AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable. Verify important output before relying on it. AI output is provided "as is" without warranty.

6. No warranty / liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoBuild is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
